Vilhelmsborg. Samstag, 11.September, werden in Vilhelmsborg 60 Elite-Fohlen aus dänischer Zucht auf einer Auktion zum Verkauf angeboten.

Numerous foals previously sold at the Dansk Varmblod Elite Foal Auction have developed into top horses that have achieved remarkable results. Among them are licensed premium and champion stallions, stallion performance test winners, young horse champions in dressage as well as jumping in Denmark and abroad, finalists at the world championships for young dressage horses and medal awarded mares at the Elite Show. Some of these horses are currently well on their way to international top sport.

Performance bloodlines

An excellent mare very often passes on her high quality to her offspring: One of the eye-catching colts at this year’s auction is out of a mare which herself was sold at the Elite Foal Auction four years ago and awarded silver medal at the Elite Show 2009.

Many of the foals at auction are out of highly decorated mares representing strong dam lines which have produced licensed stallions and international sport horses. The foals have been selected for their outstanding types, correct conformation and performance blood.

In the collection of dressage foals you will find foals sired by well-known stallions such as Blue Hors Don Schufro, Jazz, Fürstenball, Blue Hors Romanov, Sandro Hit, For Compliment, Blue Hors Don Romantic, Tailormade Temptation, Krack C, Stedinger, Blue Hors Zack, Johnson, L’Espoir, Sir Donnerhall, Blue Hors Rush Hour, San Amour, Blue Hors Hotline etc.

The jumping foals are sired by popular stallions like Heartbeat, Balou du Rouet, Cosmeo, Sir Shutterfly, Cajus, Clinton I, Casir Ask, Lordanos, Tailormade Stardust and many more.

12.00 noon      Presentation of auction foals except foals qualified for the championship finals

17.00 pm         Dinner Party

19.00 pm         Elite Foal Auction
